Transplant Celebration
- We love celebrating your child's transplant with you and our community. Let us know your transplant date (as it happens or in advance). We love to highlight it on our social media, upcoming newsletter and link to your COTA fundraising page, if your family is participating. We will also send your child and family a little surprise once you are home. Make sure to include your address, child age, photo and brief story.
